Hunt: Showdown will now have a Koch Media as their console publisher moving forward, giving original publishers Crytek time to focus on the PC version of the game, Crytek shared in a statement on their website. The two companies have been working together closely since Hunt: Showdown officially released and arrived out of early access in July 2019. Koch Media was responsible for the retail release of the game while Crytek handled the development side....

Sony appear to have resolved an issue that meant people were unable to sign into the Playstation Network today. The issue first began a few hours ago, but peaked sometime in the last two hours. Playstation owning members of the Gamepur team were also affected, and after recently checking to see if the issue was still on going, we were able to sign in without issue. Now, this is strictly anecdotal based on our own testing, and could easily be affected by simple geography....

Jamie Clayton has been cast to play the nefarious Pinhead in the new Hulu Hellraiser movie reboot. The video game studio acquisitions just keep on coming. So does the news around developer Beamdog. In fact, Beamdog itself was just acquired. The news came via Twitter, where fellow developer Aspyr announced its Beamdog buyout and “welcome[d] the talented team to the family.” In the same thread, it further explained that Beamdog “will operate as an independent studio within Aspyr,” meaning Aspyr isn’t taking over development of Beamdog’s current game....
