We’ve entered the first Tuesday in July, which means it’s naturally time for yet another set of Humble Choice titles to choose from! Last month saw a fairly decent lineup, with titles such as Civilization VI, Worms Rumble, and (a personal favorite) Aggro Crab’s Going Under headlining the bundle’s options. Considering it had some solid offerings, I hope you were able to take advantage of some of the great titles there....

Hyrule Warriors released a little over a year ago for the Wii U and provided us with a very intriguing mashup between The Legend of Zelda and Koei Tecmo’s Warriors series. After first being announced as being ported to Wii U with a few new characters, we’ve gotten yet another reveal with a fan favorite. While Toon Link has now been in two consecutive entries in the Super Smash Bros. series, he was left out entirely from Hyrule Warriors last year, with Young Link getting in through DLC over him....
Ubisoft’s latest open-world adventure is incredibly charming. I recently got the opportunity to go hands-on with Ubisoft’s upcoming mythological adventure Immortals Fenyx Rising (formerly known as Gods and Monsters), sitting down for a long four-hour session that let me experience the beginning of the game. It was a good time, sure, but while I was playing, there was one thought that wouldn’t leave my mind. The new name completely undersells this game....

Back in June, Studio Trigger and Arc System Works revealed that they’d be collaborating on a new video game based on Trigger’s series, Kill la Kill. The game unveiled its first trailer at Anime Expo, the following month. The trailer detailed the game’s release as including PS4 and PC. However, there was no mention of the Nintendo Switch. Square Enix has released some additional details for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX limited edition release that will be coming to the US later this year. This limited edition will be a free upgrade for all pre-orders of the game while supplies last, so you won’t have to pay extra to get all the goodies. Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, the new revision of 2012s Kingdoms of Amalur, was announced back in June. The game’s publisher, THQ Nordic, has revealed the first gameplay trailer for the remake at Gamescom. Hideo Kojima might be able to finally live out his dream of being a film director, as Kojima Productions has launched a new division focused on film, TV, and music, as reported by GamesIndustry.biz.
