Judd Apatow is partnering with HBO to make a two-part documentary on legendary U.S. comedian George Carlin. Knocked Up creator Judd Apatow and long-time collaborator Michael Bonfiglio will direct the films from HBO Documentary Films and Rise Film; reuniting the key creative team behind HBO’s documentary The Zen Diaries of Garry Shandling, which won an Emmy in 2018 for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Special. The films are set to be a unique production which will feature a mix of interviews with Carlin’s family and friends as well as material from his stand-up specials, TV appearances, and personal archives....

Confirming Toho’s Friday projections, the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film has reached one million ticket sales on the first day. The cast first announced the film’s projections during the opening-day stage greetings. Along with this, the movie has earned over 10 billion yen (about $87 million) in its entire run so far. Since its release, about 15,000 people have gone the see the film in Japan. TOHO originally planned to screen the film with only 28 screens in 14 theaters, but soon expanded when demand outweighed supply....

Feige has been named the new Chief Creative Officer for Marvel. This means he will now have control over decisions in film, television, and more.
