Scream Queen actress Lea Michele takes some time to address past allegations raised against by her co-stars on the set of Glee. Michele’s former colleagues weren’t happy with her workplace conduct, and they weren’t silent about it.

One of the allegations against Lea Michele in the past was from Samantha Ware, on the set of Glee. Ware alleged that Michele made her experience on the show a living hell. She further revealed that she faced traumatic microaggressions from the 36-year-old actress on the show, which lasted for six years.

Michele issued an apology to Ware in response. She was also sorry for the ways she hurt other people.

After the apology for the past allegation, Lea Michele disclosed that it forced her to set out time to have an intense reflection.

Illiteracy Allegations Against Lea Michele in The Past

The actress opened up about her professional life in a recent interview days before her debut in Funny Girl as Fanny Brice. She didn’t leave out a time she was accused of being unable to read during her Glee days.

In response to this allegation, Michele stated that she knew her lines every single day on the set of the show. So she couldn’t reconcile the rumor about her inability to read or write.

Michele’s Current Position

Lea Michele had a positive reaction to all the allegations leveled against her in the past. During the interview, the actress stated that she now understands what it means to become a leader.

She further stated that being a leader isn’t just about doing a good job when the camera’s rolling, it also includes life outside a movie set. Michele admitted that it wasn’t always the most important thing to her.

Lea Michele attributed her past allegations to work ethics. According to the star, she works really hard and leaves no room for imperfections, and it left her with several blind spots. The mother of one seems to be over the past as she pointed out that mastering her new role in Broadway‘s Funny Girls is of utmost importance.
