Lauren Stamile and Damon Dayoub have officially been announced as the latest additions to the upcoming CW series Gotham Knights, which is slated to premiere in 2023. Stamile and Dayoub will be joining previously casted stars Navia Robinson, Misha Collins, and Olivia Rose Keegan, among others.

Coming to the CW in 2023, Gotham Knights will star Oscar Morgan (Death in Paradise) as Turner Hayes, the adopted son of Bruce Wayne, aka Batman. After his father’s murder, Turner will be forced to team up with the children of Batman’s villains – including Duela Dent (Keegan), the daughter of Two-Face (Collins) – as they’re all accused of the vigilante’s murder. According to Variety, the ragtag group of vigilantes must fight to clear their names as Gotham’s most wanted criminals in a city that is “the most dangerous it’s ever been” without the Dark Knight to protect it.

Lauren Stamile and Damon Dayoub Join’ Gotham Knights’

Lauren Stamile and Damon Dayoub will be joining CW’s Gotham Knights in recurring roles as Rebecca and Lincoln March, the parents of Brody March, played by Rahart Adams. Stamile will be starring as Rebecca March, Brody’s mother, who is described by Deadline as “old-money elegant” and “a caring and supportive mother…trapped in an unhappy marriage.” Known for her role in the USA Network series Burn Notice (2007), some of Stamile’s other roles include appearances on Complications (2015) and Chicago Fire (2016).

Damon Dayoub will be joining Gotham Knights as Lincoln March, Brody’s father and Rebecca’s husband. Described by Deadline as “a charismatic, self-made industrialist with designs on becoming Gotham’s next mayor,” Lincoln holds his legacy in high esteem, and the only thing he finds more important is the power he holds as one of Gotham’s elite. In the comics, Lincoln also appears as the villain, Owlman, but it is unknown how this will affect his role in the TV series. Known for his role on the Netflix series Grace & Frankie, Damon Dayoub has also appeared on Monarch (2022), Chicago Fire (2018), and NCIS between 2013 and 2019.

Regarding the casting of the new roles, Gotham Knights writers and co-producers Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux, and Natalie Abrams told Deadline the following:

Gotham Knights will be the latest DC series by Greg Berlanti, who has previously produced Arrow (2012), The Flash (2014), and Legends of Tomorrow (2016), among other series. Fiveash, Stoteraux, and Abrams have previously collaborated on the CW series Batwoman (2019).

More information regarding the CW’s Gotham Knights, starring Lauren Stamile and Damon Dayoub, will likely become available as the series continues production.
