The Kombat League for Mortal Kombat 11 will finally be made available to players later this week.

Kombat League is a new ranked mode that players can play online. The developer decided not to bring Kombat League to Mortal Kombat 11 from day one, instead to work on it separately and add it to the game via an update at a later date.

NetherRealm Studios has finally revealed when the Kombat League will be arriving. In a video released today, the company announced that the Kombat League will be added to Mortal Kombat 11 tomorrow, June 18.

The Kombat League is a seasonal mode, where players face off against other players via online. The first season for the League will last for four weeks. Gamers are rewarded with exclusive items if they play daily, or take part in seasonal quests.

The Kombat League will have nine rank levels for players to work up. All players start as Apprentices, and they can level up to Elder God. Gaining a rank rewards players with even more exclusive items.

Tomorrow’s Kombat League season will be titled Season of Blood, and it will offer gamers exclusive skins for characters.

The Kombat League will begin tomorrow, June 18, in Mortal Kombat 11.
