Killzone 3 has an awesome multiplayer portion of the game, largely in part to one of the new additions to the game, Operations Mode.  You know the one, where you fight ISA vs Helghast trying to attack or defend objectives, in the midst of cutscenes which highlight the players with the most contributions.  The cool one, that’s right. Well Guerrilla semi announced that there probably won’t be Operations DLC coming to the game.

Why?  Seb Downie of Guerrilla replied on the developer thread at the US PlayStation Blog that it was “unlikely”, and that is all.  There was no reasoning as to why, but Downie did note that there is other future planned DLC that includes title updates to fix some of the bugs found in Beta, as well as functionality such as match creation tools.  Then of course there are also planned maps for the game which are incoming.
