Keanu Reeves surprised his longtime friend, Jimmy Fallon, for his birthday at Beverly Hills haunt the Polo Lounge. The Matrix star was reportedly dining with his girlfriend and sister before he was spotted by Fallon and his pals.

Per Page Six, the host, instead of being in the Big Apple for his “Tonight Show,” is currently in Los Angeles. He visited the city to film for his other NBC show, “That’s My Jam.”

The Brooklyn-born host must have stepped out with pals toran into the actor, leading to the unplanned link-up. Coincidentally, it was just a month after Jimmy Fallon’s birthday, and Keanu Reeves went ahead to surprise Jimmy Fallon.

Beverly Hills haunt the Polo Lounge had Keanu Reeves and Jimmy Fallon singing together. It comes after Fallon, and his pals noticed Reeves in the old-school dining spot.

Per Page Six, the host said hi to the actor and his party. Then the father of two sent them olives from his table. In response, Keanu Reeves surprised Jimmy Fallon by sending him ice cream with a candle. Then he had LA Haunt sing a birthday song to the former “SNL” star.’

After having the ice cream, Fallon got up and started singing The Beatles’classic, “Hey Jude.” Reeves joined towards the end of the song at the ‘na, na, na’ parts!”

Many wondered why the duo acted like they had missed each other. It’s because they actually do. The “John Wick” star has been a regular guest on Fallon’s show for a long while now. It appears John Wick also rides for his “dawgs.”

Before the actor surprised Jimmy Fallon for his belated birthday, Justin Timberlake took out some time to write a tribute for his host friend.

The singer was very clear about his friendship with Fallon in his post. He stated that he’s proud of the man the host has become.
