Kate Middleton Works Out While Raising Her Children
The Princess of Wales shared the secret with a team of athletes she received and hosted recently. Kate hosted the England Wheelchair Rugby League team on Thursday, January 19, at Hampton Court Palace. This was to celebrate their Rugby League World Cup Final victory in November 2022. One of the athletes asked her how she stays fit, which she described.
“It’s running around after the children — I do it all,” she explained, according to the UK’s Daily Mirror.
The 40-year-old duchess also revealed to the rugby champs while chatting that one of her children is a rugby fan.
Prince Harry Releases Tell-it-all Book
Kate’s engagement at Hampton court comes amid the royal rumbling about Prince Harry’s book Spare. The book leveled serious allegations about his relatives, including Kate, and has elicited so much interest since it hit shelves earlier this month.
In one excerpt, Harry recounted an apparent miscommunication between Kate and Meghan Markle before his marriage to the Suits alum. The Duchess of Cambridge had concerns about the fit of Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress which she immediately criticized.
“Charlotte’s dress is too big, too long, too baggy,” Kate claimed in a text to her now-sister-in-law, per Harry’s recollection. “She cried when she tried it on at home.”
Although Meghan recommended that Kate use the wedding tailor like other mums, the confrontation left Meghan in tears. However, reports in the UK tabloids at the time claimed that she made Kate cry.
While Spare has not received official responses from Buckingham Palace or other senior royal family members, a source told Us Weekly that there are “constant talks” within The Firm about Harry’s revelations.
Meanwhile, a source revealed that the palace “does not love” that the Duke of Sussex included private messages in his memoir. However, the source also believes that Harry is determined to get the truth of the encounter out in public.
There are always two sides to every story. Hopefully, the truth eventually comes out. Hopefully, all members of the royal family will forgive and reconcile with one another.
