Millions of fans around the world consider the DC Animated Universe to be the best comics adaptation. Today, DC Comics announced the next continuation of its beloved animated universe.
Justice League Infinity will be a digital-first series. With 20 chapters, it will reunite readers with the fan-favorite universe. Co-written by James Tucker and J.M. DeMatteis it will feature art by Ethan Beavers. In addition to the digital chapters, the first physical issue will be on July 6 with 20 pages of content. The series will run for seven physical issues.

Obviously, this sounds like a worthy continuation. The inclusion of the Multiverse is especially interesting. The original animated series dabbled with the concept a couple of times with the Justice Guild and the Justice Lords. Playing off the “Infinity” theme, the series will include heroes and villains from across the DC Multiverse in addition to the core Justice League.
