It has been revealed that Jurassic World Evolution 2 will be landing on Xbox Game Pass later today, which is good news for all you dinosaur fans out there. Although, this does come as a surprise announcement because Xbox actually revealed the news before the usual round-up of games that will be heading to Game Pass over the next couple of weeks.

The Jurassic World Evolution 2 reveal was made on Twitter, with the official Xbox Game Pass Twitter (everything has an account these days) tweeting the news about the arrival on Monday.

If you are familiar with Xbox Game Pass then you will already know that the game’s predecessor has been making itself at home on the service since November 2019, so it only seems fair to have the sequel join the party as well.

What is Jurassic World Evolution 2 All About?

Jurassic World Evolution 2 was released back in November of last year and follows the same trend that the first game had – it lets players create their own special dinosaur theme park. In this game, players will need to build enclosures for every species of dinosaur and basically care for their every need. This includes making them feel comfortable (how do you comfort a dinosaur?), keeping them fed correctly, as well as making sure all your workers are happy because there is nothing worse than a disgruntled former employee.

Where Jurassic World Evolution 2 differs from the first game is that it features a brand-new campaign that is voiced by cast members from the Jurassic World film series, including Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), offering the game an interesting and engaging new aspect.

As you are all aware, this isn’t the only game heading to Xbox Game Pass, with Xbox already announcing some of the games that the streaming service will be taking on for May. Along with this title, Game Pass will introduce Loot River, Trek of Yomi, Citizen Sleeper, Danganronpa 2, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, This War of Mine: Final Cut, and NHL 22.

That is quite the collection, but Jurassic World Evolution 2 is still the one you have your eye on, isn’t it?
