The official website for the Jobless Reincarnation light novel announced that the anime’s fourth Blu-ray Disc will add an unaired side story episode. The website also debuted a new visual for the episode as well.
The television anime’s episode 16th episode shows the reunion of Redeus and his father Paul when it initially aired. However, it did not show what Eris and Reijerd did during that same time. The unaired side-story episode will show what happened on that day with the two characters.
Jobless Reincarnation’s Rocky Timeline
The show’s sequel premiered on October 3 and still airs in Japan in Tokyo. Funimation is also streaming the second part of the anime this upcoming fall. Due to “various circumstances”, the show’s staff has delayed the second part from July to October. The second part is still listed for 12 episodes overall. It’s unlikely that this will be the final arc for the season, given just how much happens in it. The show’s popularity also makes it unlikely that this will be the end.
The first part of the anime premiered on January 10. Funimation went to stream the series in the United States and Canada. Jobless Reincarnation is described as:
Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed both the light novel series and the manga adaptation of Jobless Reincarnation. As of now, the series is available for streaming on Funimation and Hulu’s website. The Jobless Reincarnation Blu-Ray disc is set to be released on March 10th, 2022.
