Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure: Stone Ocean is the fifth season and sixth part of Hirohiko Araki’s Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure manga. Stone Ocean takes place in 2011 Florida. Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Jotaro, is framed for murder and sentenced to a maximum security prison. In prison, Jolyne makes new allies but is targeted by DIO’s followers and other Stand users. While incarcerated, she is confronted with the century-spanning rivalry between her family and its greatest nemesis DIO, whose friend, the ideologue Enrico Pucci plans to enact DIO’s last wishes.
JJBA Stone Ocean Final: Long Anticipated by a Large Fanbase
Part six is set ten years after the events of part five: Golden Wind. However, out of all the previous seasons, Stone Ocean is the only one to be a Netflix original. At the time, it is unknown about the plans for animating the fan favorite part 7 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, titled Steel Ball Run.
This news also comes after celebrating the 10th anniversary of JJBA being animated. The official Twitter account for the anime posted this visual to celebrate all of the animated Jojo’s so far.
Episodes 25 to 38 of Stone Ocean will release on December 1st, 2022. All parts and episodes of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll and Netflix.
