(Spoilers for The Flash season 5 ahead)

The season 5 finale of The Flash concluded on a somber note with the death of Nora West-Allen. The Reverse-Flash had orchestrated an elaborate plan to free himself from prison and get his powers back. To do so, he manipulated Nora into traveling back in time as an attempt to find a way to save her father, Barry Allen, from his imminent death (Presumably in Crisis on Infinite Earths). By stopping Cicada and destroying her power-dampening dagger, which had been keeping the Reverse-Flash from using his abilities, the timeline had changed and this caused Nora to be erased from existence. At least for now.

While speaking with Collider, actress Jessica Parker Kennedy was asked if this was the last time we would see Nora West-Allen appear on The Flash. Kennedy said:

Kennedy also discussed what it was like to be apart of a show like The Flash:

With characters like the Reverse-Flash still looming around despite being erased from the timeline, there is always a chance we could see XS once again appear on The Flash sometime in the future, whether that be as Nora West-Allen or under a new name. The Flash will return this Fall with a new showrunner and will presumably help set up the highly-anticipated Crisis on Infinite Earths, which is set to be the most ambitious crossover event for DCTV yet.
