She divulged this in an interview in a new issue of People, where she admitted his progress so far had been impressive. According to her, Jeremy had a survival trait that his family and those closest to him knew all-to well. Armed with that knowledge, they had no doubt the road ahead held positive outcomes. The MCU actor, Jeremy Renner, became the victim of a snow plow accident on January 1, 2023. His near-death encounter left him hospitalized after sustaining blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries. Although he underwent emergency surgery the next day as part of his treatment, the 52-year-old remains bedridden as his body continues the road to recovery.
Notwithstanding, Jeremy Renner and his family have made sure to keep fans updated on his health. He shared his first update on Wednesday, January 3, which was a selfie of him on his hospital bed, accompanied by words of gratitude to those who wished him well. The star dropped another update on his Instagram stories two days later, showing him laughing as his sister Kym massaged his head.
In another post, the Avengers star appeared in high spirits in a photo of him surrounded by the hospital staff. He accompanied the image with a thank-you message to his renowned ICU team. A day later, Jeremy marked his 52nd birthday while still hospitalized, with millions of fans making the day a memorable one for him.
As his health keeps progressing, though, it will not be long before Jeremy Renner gets back on his feet and mark his major milestones without the confines of the hospital walls and surrounded by his family, friends, and loved ones.
