It appears Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim has the perfect Thanksgiving planned out for him and his girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk. The real estate agent recently laid out those plans, making it clear to the world that he intended to move forward in his relationship with his new partner.
The 45-year-old granted an interview With People on Thursday, during the 1060’s App Launch event, where he revealed the next milestone in their relationship. He confirmed to interviewers that the 25-year-old model would meet his mom in person for the first time on Thanksgiving and get to spend the holiday with his family.
An Eventful Holiday
Jason Oppenheim explained his holiday plans with his girlfriend in detail. Aside from their Thanksgiving encounter with his mom, the TV personality planned to bring Marie-Lou along for another important family event a day after Thanksgiving before eventually wrapping off their milestone holiday with a memorable Christmas celebration. He divulged:
Jason believed the holiday plans with his family would not be entirely awkward for his girlfriend, knowing they would get along well. Hence, he did not feel a need to worry about the upcoming meeting. He further explained that both his parents already liked Marie-Lou and his family was “super chill.” The Selling Sunset star also admitted he had already met his girlfriend’s parents and looked forward to meeting them in person someday.
Jason Oppenheim And His Girlfriend Compliment Each Other
Aside from their great dynamics with their respective families, which would certainly make the holiday a fulfilling one, Jason Oppenheim explained how his girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk’s effort in styling him had influenced him. According to him, her influence made him lean more into fashion. She’s so great at styling him that he admittedly never leaves the house without showing her his outfit. Connecting on these grounds and all other levels has helped the couple work out their long-distance relationship.
However, Jason pointed out that despite living on different continents, he has never had to deal with the long-distance aspect of the relationship yet, nor did he look forward to it. He divulged:
Jason Oppenheim and his girlfriend first met in July 2022 while on vacation with his twin brother Brett in Mykonos, Greece. They crossed paths barely seven months after his split from Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause. Their relationship progressed quickly, and before long, they became an item. However, being signed with the Paris-based Mega Model Agency, Marie-Lou’s job entailed living and working in Paris, eons away from her partner. So far, the two are acing the arrangement, keeping their relationship afloat against all the odds.
