It appears Princess Leia herself, (Carrie Fisher) revealed that the character is indeed married to Han Solo in Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens.
The report comes courtesy of Cinelinx. Carrie Fisher signed an autograph at the Fan Expo Dallas. Instead of just signing her own name, she also put “Mrs H Solo” too. This is clear evidence that Princess Leia is married to Han Solo in Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens.
Carrie Fisher herself said in April’s Star Wars Celebration that she’s no good at keeping secrets. Something like this is not really a huge spoiler for Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens, but it is something that hasn’t been confirmed officially.
Many people speculated that Princess Leia and Han Solo will be married in Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens. The filmmakers themselves have yet to confirm this though. However, everyone knew they would be together after they hooked up at the end of Return of the Jedi.
With the strong likelihood of Princess Leia and Han Solo being married in Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens, many assume that Rey (Daisy Ridley) is their daughter. After all, her last name was suspiciously never revealed when the character was first announced.
