Coromon is developer TRAGsoft’s debut title and will release in March. 31, 2022, for the Nintendo Switch and PC. Coromon has clear inspiration from Pokémon, including many of the same features and new ones. Some players may be wondering if there is a co-op or multiplayer in Coromon.
There is multiplayer in Coromon, but there is no co-op. While players cannot travel Coromon’s various regions together and battle side by side, they can engage in online multiplayer battles. This feature is confirmed to be in the game, and the developers confirmed in a Steam discussion post that they would like to implement online trading.
Battling and trading are two core features of the Pokémon series, so it makes sense that fans request these features and the developers implement them. In addition, having battling and trading encourages the community to interact with one another and lets friends show off their Coromon.
Coromon features 120 different Coromon for players to encounter and tame. They can build their team with those they catch and battle friends and strangers alike to see who the best Battle Researcher is!
