It’s out! With its exclusive cards, credits, gold, variants, and more. But is the Marvel Snap Season Pass worth paying for?

Marvel Snap is a reasonably great game in terms of content that you can get for free. In addition, all cards can be obtained naturally, just by playing, even those exclusive to Season Passes, as we will see later.

Naturally, as a free-to-play game, Second Dinner has many ways to get into your wallet, mainly with cosmetic content (which is almost impossible to get unless you pay for it) and speeding up the way you get credits and power-ups to level up your collection faster.

Is the Marvel Snap season pass worth paying for?

Season Passes include 50 tiers of rewards. Of course, you can still get rewards beyond level 50, but you’ll get Season Chests with credits, power-ups and gold, and maybe some variant.

Let’s go over some details to decide for yourself if the Marvel Snap Season Pass is worth paying for.

The Season has both free and paid rewards. You won’t have to do anything to get the free ones (beyond gaining EXP, obviously): you will level up almost without noticing by completing each chapter’s seasonal missions (which correspond to each week). You will also gain experience by completing daily missions.

If you need more than that to decide if Marvel Snap Season Pass is worth it, let’s make a quick reward comparison between the free and premium versions.

Marvel’s Avengers Update 2.7.2 Patch Notes

Free Rewards (January 2023)

  • 2300 credits
  • 85 power-ups (random)
  • 300 gold
  • 2 titles
  • 1 card back (level 48)

Premium Rewards (January 2023)

In addition to all the above, here are all the rewards for the Marvel Snap Season Pass:

  • 1 exclusive card (will be available for free but at a later date)
  • 3 seasonal variant cards
  • 3 season avatars
  • 1 title
  • 1 card back
  • 4 mystery variant cards
  • 300 credits
  • 900 gold
  • 230 boosters for the cards of the Season

Starting at level 51, you will unlock each level 1 season chest (both free and premium), which may include the following, depending on the odds:

  • 25% – 50 credits
  • 10% – 100 credits
  • 5% – 200 credits
  • 25% – 10 power-ups
  • 10% – 15 power-ups
  • 5% – 20 power-ups
  • 10% – 50 gold
  • 5% – 100 gold
  • 5% – random variant card

So, is the Marvel Snap Season Pass worth it? Paying for it will give you instant access to an exclusive card, which you can get for free later, but after a few months, and with a lot of luck, because it will be from Pool 5.

If you’re really into cosmetic content, the premium Season Passes include cosmetic content entirely exclusive to the passes. You won’t be able to get them, and that includes things like card backs or titles, but also totally exclusive variant cards.

Marvel Snap is available on iOS, Android and PC.
