To check out the server status of New World:

Step One: head to New World’s Server Status page.

Step Two: Once there, select the region that the desired character resides in.

Step Three: Find the world that relates to the player character.

• From this menu, players can check to see which servers are functioning as intended, and which are down.Servers that are running without server problems will have a green check mark next to them.Servers that are experiencing issues will have a red X next to them instead of a green check mark.

Players can also check the timestamp at the bottom of the screen to see when the Server Status menu was last updated. These updates occur several times throughout the day, and depending on the timestamp, may be outdated.
