Iratus: Lord of the Dead has released its latest DLC update, Wrath of the Necromancer, today, October, 26th.

For the uninitiated, Iratus is a powerful necromancer who has risen from the dead. Now restored to power, it is the player’s job to help him raise an undead army to conquer all in his path and escape the underworld. This game features tactical turn-based combat which closely resembles that of Darkest Dungeons. However, Iratus’ minion creation system is unique, giving players the ability to feel like a necromancer themselves. The art style is also worth mentioning, as it is unique in modern-day video games.

Wrath of the Necromancer brings a fresh batch of content to the game that will aid Iratus in his journey through the underworld. Two new minions are set to enter Iratus’ arsenal: Reaper and Abomination. These minions are unique in both appearance and abilities. However, to counter these new minions’ arrival is a sixth-floor that expands the game, the world lore, and even provide a new ending for Iratus. There will also be new bosses and enemies for your army to strategically carve through.

Other content that will be brought with the DLC are several new skins for the necromancers’ ruthless undead minions. There is also a brand new array of connectable potions for Iratus to use on enemies and allies alike. Several new artifacts will also appear in the DLC and even more content left for the necromancer to discover.
