Iso-8 is a progression system in Marvel Strike Force that allows players to customize their favorite heroes according to a specific playstyle. It is quite similar to the gear system and it helps players build a versatile roster.
Attaching your characters with Iso-8 will add new power, boost the capabilities of the current team, add new abilities, open up new team-up choices. Players can unlock Iso-8 Crystals from the Campaign once they reach Commander Level 55.
Iso-8 Crystals increases the power of one of the five core attributes characters have in-game. Health, Armor, Damage, Resist and Focus are the five categories where you can slot Iso-8 Crystals. The Iso-8 Crystals will unlock certain traits that players can add to their favorite characters. Blaster, Brawler, Controller, Protector, and Support, each of these traits amplify the power of a certain character.
After getting all five Iso-8 Crystals players will be able to assign a specific class to the character. This is where players can customize their superheroes to give them a certain role. The five classes are Striker, Fortifier, Healer, Skirmisher, and Raider. Assign a class to the character you want to make them stronger.
The grind for Iso-8 can be stressful, especially if you have a massive roster of heroes and villains in Marvel Strike Force. Select the characters which suit your playstyle, and start customizing your roster by adding Iso-8 to the mix!
